President Barack Obama last week announced the launch of a new Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Completion Initiative, including new tools and resources to help states, districts, and high schools better support students in completing the form.
"The Education Department should take steps to ensure that students are protected when colleges use third-party servicers, like Higher One, to deliver financial-aid refunds, says a new report by the department’s inspector general," The Chronicle of Higher Education reports.
